Executive Director, Medical Writing

Reporting to the VP, Regulatory Affairs, the Executive Director, Medical Writing will establish the function and oversee internal and external medical writing resourcing to support authoring needs. The Executive Director will lead writing strategy, drive document content and organization, develop and manage timelines, and identify relevant stakeholders to help drive our mission to set a new standard of care for brain disorders.

Associate Director, Project Management

MapLight Therapeutics is looking for a Project Manager to help drive the development of our early-stage assets as we plan for NDA filings.  This position is a critical team member of the development team and will be required to work across functional departments of the project team to provide a cohesive development plan.  This position reports to the Senior Director, Project Management.

Director, Non-Clinical Toxicology

 MapLight is looking for an experienced and creative Director, Non-Clinical Toxicology.  Reporting to the CSO this position will lead the safety strategy, from discovery through both nonclinical and clinical stages, and direct all phases of early investigative toxicology and in vivo non-GLP and GLP toxicology studies, in collaboration with project teams, CROs and consultants. 

Scientist 1, Receptor Pharmacologist

MapLight is looking for an experienced and creative Receptor Pharmacologist to accelerate the development of internal in vitro pharmacology capabilities to further our pre-clinical pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Molecular Biology, this position will also enable mechanism-of-action studies of MapLight drug targets which will provide foundational support for progressing new therapies into clinical development. 

Director, Analytical Development

We are looking for an experienced and creative Director, Analytical Development.  Reporting to the Vice President, CMC, the Director will manage and lead the Analytical development function ensuring the development and implementation of phase appropriate methods that meet international regulatory requirements for drug substance and drug product safety.

Manager, Clinical Supply Chain

We are searching for a highly motivated Manager Clinical Supply Chain. Reporting to the Associate Director, CMC, the desired candidate will be responsible for managing investigational drug supplies for global clinical trials. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of clinical supply management including forecasting, labeling distribution, monitoring inventory and IRT vendor oversight. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team and have a significant impact in addressing unmet patient needs by advancing MapLight’s novel pipeline.

Clinical Research Associate II / Sr. Clinical Research Associate

Reporting to the Lead Clinical Research Associate, the CRA II/Sr. CRA will perform quality and compliant Investigator site monitoring and relationship-driven Investigator site management in line with MapLight’s SOPs, our Mission, Vision, and Values, as well as industry quality and regulatory best practices (ICH GCP). The CRA will perform on-site monitoring and centralized monitoring to ensure subject safety, the highest data integrity, and contribute to proactive risk management and inspection readiness. 

Lead Clinical Research Associate​

Reporting to the Director, Monitoring Strategy and Execution, the Lead Clinical Research Associate will oversee an assigned MapLight study monitoring team to ensure monitoring quality and excellence in line with MapLight’s Mission, Vision, and Values. This role will maintain site management and monitoring responsibilities for assigned sites in addition to study team level work.
