Jonathan Gillis, MSA
Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer
Jon is MapLight’s Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer. He brings over 15 years of combined public accounting and industry experience to the MapLight team. He joins from OvaScience, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance overseeing finance, human resources, information technology, and legal functions, and was instrumental in several public offerings and the ultimate merger with Millendo Therapeutics. Previously, Jon was a Senior Manager of External Reporting and Compliance at GFI Software focusing on SEC compliance and preparing the company for its initial public offering. Earlier in his career, Jon was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and held responsibility for all stages of audit engagements with clients ranging from million-dollar private companies to multi-billion-dollar public companies.
He holds a B.S. and a M.S. in Accounting from Babson College.
